You can really feel his passion for food! His cooking owes its personal touch to his respect for his heritage: Nouri comes from Casablanca and incorporates subtle North African nuances. Spices are a constant presence in the set menus and merge harmoniously with French influences. The result is a sophisticated and finely balanced interplay of flavours. One particularly exciting feature is the chef's surprise main course, which changes every day. A vegetarian version of the set menu is also available. Tip: The cosy atmosphere makes this an excellent spot for a date.
