For instance, the perfectly cooked fillet of premium-quality char combined with dill, caviar and beurre blanc demonstrates a passion for classic cuisine, which is implemented with the same skill that is applied to Mediterranean and Asian influences in dishes such as "Langustino from the Faroe Islands, rowan berries, carrots and curry herb". The five- to eight-course set menu powerfully showcases the fantastic ingredients with all the fullness of their flavours. The pleasant service does the rest – an extremely attentive and highly trained team, including a masterful sommelier.
