It astonishes with its impressive windows, perched above the coastline and the boundless Atlantic! The Austrian chef Hans Neuner channels, in his offering, the journeys he undertakes each year following the routes travelled by the Portuguese during the Age of Discoveries. In this iteration, the chef carries us on a voyage around the world through the “Sabores da Descoberta” tasting menu (“Flavours of Discovery”), proposing dishes that highlight the traces the Portuguese left on different continents—Africa, Asia and the Americas—fused with Portuguese flavours (one perfect example is One night in Bangkok with scarlet prawn, kampot pepper and kelp seaweed). The wine list is truly exceptional!
