Towards the end of 2025, chef Bruno Vokal, a key figure at Noel in the past, returned to the kitchen. His presence reaffirms the contemporary character of the restaurant, which offers a concise menu of creative dishes ranging across meat and seafood – both freshwater, such as the local trout that frequently appears on the menu, and from the sea – with occasional nods to national tradition, interpreted with sensitivity in the classic štrukli. The dining room remains true to its identity: modern, welcoming and enveloped in soft lighting, animated by a professional and well-coordinated service. The wine list is also of excellent standing, starting from Croatia and opening to international labels, with particular attention to France, presented with expertise by sommelier Kristijan Harjač.
