Chef Ricardo Temiño's latest venture sits adjacent to La Fábrica, but they share the same entrance. It is a space with its own character where he aims to take Burgos' rich gastronomic culture one step further. The experience begins with the first appetisers after the chef's welcome, where the fully stocked wine cellar is located, then he will take you through the kitchen to see how the lamb is matured, and finally to the modern dining room, with a semi-open kitchen. Here, the cuisine, which is more conceptual and typical of modern market culture, is brought to life through two tasting menus (Camino Corto and Camino Largo) inspired by the chef's own journey and family life (there are nods to his honeymoon, his grandmother, the La Fábrica restaurant in its infancy, etc.), as well as the great routes that have marked the province's storied history (the wool route, the fish route, the Cid route, the Camino de Santiago, etc.). They're all waiting to be discovered!
