Go for the ‘Full Experience’ set menu to really discover the range and depth of Chef Przemysław Klima’s intriguing and sophisticated cuisine. The terse menu descriptions give little indication of the creativity to follow, as he takes traditional Polish dishes and recipes and, through refinement and skilled technique, makes them his own. Highlights include pierogi with saffron, a sublime guinea fowl broth with calamari, and succulent loin of venison with aged veal. The room is smartly dressed and the service team are attentive and knowledgeable, although the atmosphere remains refreshingly relaxed.
