The location on the outskirts of the city in the Hajszan Neumann estate, which is operated by winemaker Fritz Wieninger, is something special in itself. Here, a wonderful brick vaulted ceiling and stylish interior design make for a distinctive look. The cuisine of Juan Amador more than lives up to the setting – he uses the finest ingredients to devise a modern and sophisticated set menu comprising dishes that are finely balanced and consistently harmonious. Take, for example, the wonderfully firm red mullet fillet, cooked to a perfect translucent finish, topped with well-seasoned anchovies and accompanied by an incredibly intense piparras, tomato and olive emulsion bursting with fruity notes and gentle heat, as well as a highly aromatic, delicate Marcona almond cream. Exceptional wine list. Lovely terrace and lounge area.
